The hotel's rooms were nicely done up in a charming Italian style, and my front-facing balcony offered a wonderful view, though the space was a bit tight. The service was wonderful, with staff being very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, right beside the lake and providing a pleasant stay experience, yet car parks to the rear could be congested. The dining was a real treat, with a variety of tempting options that made me feel like royalty.
